Ok benefits package, good health packages for full time employees
If I recall, they had a decent package. The usual medical and dental, PTO, etc. I had to go on maternity leave and received the maximum number of allowed days off.
Sick and vacation days are one in the same, insurance is expensive with high co pays, not worth it.
Health care (Medical, Dental, Vision) is fully not contributory. In other words, you only pay co-pays/deductibles. For a family of four, this is like adding another $7K annually to your base salary. It's unheard of and is awesome. Retirement program is a standard 401K that matches up to 4%. The nice thing is that you are fully vested from day one and can start contributions - and receive matching dollars - on your start date.
They don't offer one to white U.S. workers
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
