Overall the benefits are excellent. Some items could be adjuster to be made even better.
They offer great health, vision, and dental insurance along with a sizeable cash bonus at the end of the year. Additionally it's employee owned so you accumulate stock as well.
9/80 schedule makes up for a lack of other things
The insurance plan is very diverse, with many options and is extremely affordable with great coverage. ESOP is a great way to save for retirement at no cost to you and the bonuses are performance based.
The Employee stock ownership program
LJA is employee owned. The company contributes funds each year to my ESOP account, generally I get an amount equal to 10 to 15% annual pay. I get this money when I retire or leave the company. I also have a 9/80 work schedule! Every other Friday off.
