Antiquated. Program isn't competitive with today's trends in vacation and time off. Many companies offer unlimited vacation as long as you get your job done.
3 weeks/year 2 floating holidays. Flexible scheduling.
vacation pay you had to be there for 1 year then you had 1 week pay

you start with ample amount of vacation pay. there is no defined sick or personal time though
Love the flex time offered, helps me out a lot having children.Started out with 3 weeks payed vacation and 11 holidays. 3 sick days are allowed but are only know by reviewing your employer handbook and are frowned opon taking.
Vacation is average. Maternity leave is OK, but nothing for Dad. Flex days are new and very well received by employees.
The amount of time given is decent, however, they have no way to track how many hours of vacation you have taken and how much is left. It is always a guessing game. They tell you it's your responsibility to keep up with it but do not give you the resources to do so.
Intern s could not get it but you are allowed to take pretty much any time off as long as an manger says its ok
