Must improve maternity leave policy. Every other company I worked at before has better benefits that provides more weeks and 100% paid. That s very disappointing.
There are no benefits for the interns because the internship program is an unpaid program. So you basically have to work without any benefits.

There are wasn’t a worst benefit loved my company. Only worst benefit was medical leave. But besides that great company.
As a contract employee, no benefits, perks, or incentives are available through LPL Financial directly. The only benefits available are through the staffing firm which are extremely expensive and account for about 20%+ of gross pay being paid for out of pocket. There is no paid time off available and holidays are unpaid unless someone in upper management decides otherwise. Sick time is not available for 90 days.
