Because I'm young, I would say the best thing is the paid time off. The fact that you can make up the hours during the week instead of taking paid time off is the best.

Health insurance is not too expensive but there are somethings they do not cover. Vision insurance is not that great.

Time off has never been an issue. If you need time off you just request it and as long as it doesn't interfere with others or work flow it's not an issue. Just don't abuse it.

I do not use LRS health insurance as I am on my husband's work plan, but I do not like how I cannot contribute to my 401k here until I've been here 1 year.
