It was great; a full suite of employee benefits ... medical, drug, dental, vision, accident/injury/illness/life and other peril insurances, legal assistance, ID protection, and they paid our HRA for medical deductible amounts, to the tune of a couple of grand, this was a very important medical benefit feature.

medical plan provided company money to pay for the first $2k of expenses, so it reduced your out of pocket expenses. focus was on good medical, dental and vision care, and 401K plan. also, while it is not there now, they had a 4 week paid sabbatical after 10 years
They benefits package is to high for the price that we are being paid. They need to rise the pay and lower the insurance.
