Was not necessary for me, but I can see that a good introduction is done for new hires
The best thing was the in-depth and well-rounded training to prepare for my role as a CF. The training was over a 3 month course.
I personally had very little training and only knew some of the ropes because it is my alumni
It is ok, sort of annoying.
There isn't any job training or real career advancement opportunity available - that's entirely up to you
Options for continuing education and masters
I'm pretty sure they offer some sort for different positions, but not really for mine.
Easy jobs but competitive research
You will get lots of real-world experience.
