While it's the nature of our business, but there are 5 sick days, and 10 personal days for the first couple of years working here. It makes it hard to visit family (out of state) during the holidays, and through out the year.
PPO insurance, if not it was expensive. The pay was low. 2 weeks off a year was average to below average.
