Great health benefits. Plus, if you're like me and don't understand anything about certain benefit plans, HR is so transparent / helpful to explain what is offered and break down any questions or concerns you may have.

The cost of medical is incredible. C-sections can cost thousands. For me it was under a grand. Very fortunate
There's nothing special at all. Starting out there, barely even a 2 weeks PTO. Health and dental are good

Dreadful. You get paid wkly and the plan takes 53$ per check out. Thats and average of ~229 a month. No 401k.
Young demographic of employees means decent medical benefits. The pto sucks though!
Excellent healthcare benefits and 401K plan. Culture is something like I've never experienced before. Hard working people that raise the bar for everyone in the company. Flexible vacation and time off as long as you communicate with your manager.
The best is the healtchare. They give you a lot of options and internal HR is very knowledgeable and transparent about different packages.
