Excellent healthcare benefits and 401K plan. Culture is something like I've never experienced before. Hard working people that raise the bar for everyone in the company. Flexible vacation and time off as long as you communicate with your manager.
Young demographic of employees means decent medical benefits. The pto sucks though!
The best is the healtchare. They give you a lot of options and internal HR is very knowledgeable and transparent about different packages.

I didn't take advantage of the benefits because there were better ones offered through my husband. I would say that the days off aren't very competitive and because you're working for other companies there aren't a ton of holidays either, but they make those days fun.
The health benefits are fantastic. There are a number of services you can opt into to fit your health coverage needs. The PTO is pretty tight considering the hours and days you don't get off that many other companies provide (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, etc.)
healthcare options are fixed idemnity and basically useless. After working a year, I get two vacation days.
While it's the nature of our business, but there are 5 sick days, and 10 personal days for the first couple of years working here. It makes it hard to visit family (out of state) during the holidays, and through out the year.
