As of recent, the vacation and PTO has changed for the better. We know have half days the days before holidays and 2 floating holidays.

10 days vacation, 4 sick days. With long working hours, your work/life balance in non-existent.

    LaSalle Network Response

We get to four weeks of vacation faster ( four years) than over 50% of companies who share their policy (not including unlimited PTO time companies, where its shown employees take less time).

You get 5 sick days, 10 PTO days, 6 paid holidays. This is pretty standard across companies, but for the hours worked it would be nice to have floating holidays for the traditional days we don't get off (day after thanks giving, Christmas eve, Jewish holidays).

Taking time off is rarity, and I do feel bad for taking time to go home or visit family.

    LaSalle Network Response

You should never feel as for taking vacation time. You’ve earned it and deserve it.

Very rarely took off work. Got a phone call from my boss everyday asking me how I was doing, honestly just wanted to decompress not hear their voice.

    Best: You earn it monthly

Employees are given only 10 days of PTO. It's tough taking any days off, and it's expected that employees maintain contact and check/respond to email when on PTO.

2 weeks is going to be nice time off, additionally with the five sick/personal days.

Not enough time off for all the hours they require you to work

We have the minimum Vacation days - 6 a year - and we earn .83 days a month for paid time off. Would prefer to have a set amount of days per year that I can then dole out and plan accordingly
