The medical plan is about average but doesn't allow the maximum FSA allocation. No tuition reimbursement. Extra special purpose coverage is available at good rates (e.g. cancer)
Everything except 401k is better or on par with the industry
Salary and 401K match are more than competitive, health insurance is pretty typical/reasonable.
