    Insurance is expensive. They make you do an annual assessment to qualify for an insurance discount. Smokers are not eligible for discounts unless they sign up for help to quit.

    LabCorp is really a decent place to work. If you want to work for a legit company with good benefits this is it. If you are good you will always have a job

    The health care plan is pretty good (and honestly it's amazing that a job this shitty even gives a health care plan), plus a surprisingly generous vacation allotment (something like 18 days a year all told if I remember correctly).

    Health Insurance is high and doesn't pay very well. Deductibles are high especially for whole family. You pay for all of your benefits company doesn't pay part of health Ins. Companies are United Health which no doctors accept around here and Cigna. They do pay for 10,000 life Ins and short term disability. Dental and vision are great!
