    LabCorp gives a lot of time off just hard to schedule since you're short-staffed

    Decent. You start off getting 2.4 hours of accured off time each week. so within a month you get about a day of paid time off.

    I worked on the 4th of July at my location but got paid extra. I was still kind of annoyed by it though. Other holidays are paid time off. I could not get vacation time off, even with 3 months notice in advance. They are very stingy about getting time off.

    If you have a medical need, you have to borrow up to 40 hours of leave time b4 you earn it before disability pay begins.

    Everything had to be scheduled and it was hard because of senority and if there was something that came up but not an emergency arrangements had to be made.

    -Low pay and Low raise + Always too much work to do -No bonuses -You receive 18 days paid time off per year. However, they don’t give you sick leave. On a sever weather day or when you get sick, they make you use your paid time off to take that day off. -You can work overtime if you want to. However, on the weeks when there is a holiday or you use paid time off, they don’t count it as you worked 40hrs/wk so you don’t receive overtime pay even if you work extra hours. -If you work less than 40 hrs/wk, they deduct hours from your paid time off. -They only give you 6 holidays per year(New year’s day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas day).
