The benefits were quite impressive for internal staff. Great health care. Managers got a phone and auto stipend for their usage on the job. Paid holidays. Only suggestion I have is to offer more paid vacation time because in this job, you do burn out quickly!

Vacations are standard 1 week after 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years ect.... After 60 days they pay a portion of healthcare. benefits are not great and pay doesn't make up for that. But flexible hours and time to do personal things during the work day are nice. Need to go pay a bill or go hit a sale real quick? No problem if done during slow time of day.
