    The benefits package was great! They had several level that you could choose from based on your families needs. They allowed you and your spouse to participate in Health and Fitness challenges to help you qualify for a better benefit package. They encouraged everyone to Stay Fit, Get Fit and keep in moving by issuing Fitbit's and/or Garmin's. There were several team events that was helpful in motivating one to keep moving so your team can be successful. Plus other team incentives in the end.

    They used to have an awesome benefits package but due to the insurance industry and recent healthcare reforms, it is lackluster these days.
