The health insurance is a little pricey for those who make less than $50k/year. The vacation time is very generous. There are 6 holidays, but you can receive up to 35 days/year of vacation time.

The worst thing about the benefits package is that the premiums keep increasing, but that is so with almost every company. The best thing is that the Wellness Program gives us a generous cash incentive dispersed throughout the year if we participate in the program.
