The health insurance is a little pricey for those who make less than $50k/year. The vacation time is very generous. There are 6 holidays, but you can receive up to 35 days/year of vacation time.

The best thing about the benefits package at Lahey is the ability to minimize health insurance premiums and have no deductible if you choose to use Lahey services.

Expense is a factor if you require a really good health plan for anyone who has medical conditions with frequent appointments and testing.

It's a healthcare company so there is great health care benefits. Also access to a Fidelity 403(b) and the employer matches contributions after a year.

The worst thing about the benefits package is that the premiums keep increasing, but that is so with almost every company. The best thing is that the Wellness Program gives us a generous cash incentive dispersed throughout the year if we participate in the program.

Best: Offers a 403b Worst: Rather expensive medical benefits
