We offer a variety of health and dental insurance options. The hospital contributes toward the monthly premium. Employees may elect individual, two person or family coverage. Insurance premiums are deducted from payroll on a pre-tax basis.
We have Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Three tiered options, I have the cheapest which only allows me to see Lahey providers.
the price is reasonable and the copay as well
The high cost to employees and it is limited coverage outside the lahey network
It's good health insurance, but only if you go to Lahey for your care.
Very good benefits since it's a hospital. very cheap if medical if you stay in the Lahey system
Excellent coverage, minimal out of pocket expenses although limited network to get those benefits.
So expensive for a healthcare organization, and the cost-share is only going up.
The co-payments for appointments was $20 each time. The medication costs were about the same. For someone who takes anywhere from 7-10 medications, this could cost anywhere from $140-$200 a month just to keep yourself healthy. It is just too much for someone who is not paid nearly enough to afford it.
Great health insurance the only problem is if you live close to Lahey you have to use their medical providers
It is expensive and difficult to make sure that the doctor you're seeing is in the network.
