So expensive for a healthcare organization, and the cost-share is only going up.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Appointment Scheduling Coordinator in Burlington, Massachusetts

The co-payments for appointments was $20 each time. The medication costs were about the same. For someone who takes anywhere from 7-10 medications, this could cost anywhere from $140-$200 a month just to keep yourself healthy. It is just too much for someone who is not paid nearly enough to afford it.

  • Apr 28, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Specimen Processor in Burlington, Massachusetts

Great health insurance the only problem is if you live close to Lahey you have to use their medical providers

  • Feb 19, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Nursing Assistant in Burlington, Massachusetts

It is expensive and difficult to make sure that the doctor you're seeing is in the network.

  • Feb 15, 2016

The benefits were adequate but a change in plan made us have to switch to their providers
