good benefits, 401k, long term, short term(just make sure you select short term when hired)
Good PTO and health insurance.
The benefits are pretty poor IMHO. The health insurance is very pricey. Also, from what I hear from coworkers - it can take months to get a doctor's appointment. Who wants that? Time off is limited, you have to use your PTO for holidays. Parking is off site and is a hassle. No perks at all that you see at many other companies. I know it's non profit but c'mon.
They offer a lot of accessory benefits that no one knows about because HR isn't good at promoting them.
Good vacation, paid time off, holidays and benefits
Good amount of earned time off
They did away with the Pension plan which was not a good thing but the earned time for sick days and vacation is pretty good after you have been there for a while.
Lahey had a pension for Employees and recently took it away. Insurance goes up every year and it is very expensive. Even the Lahey Harvard Pilgrim where it is all Lahey providers one must go to unless you pay an extremely high copay.
The 403b package is decent, 2000 reimbursement for college is passable, the health insurance is good if you're okay going to Lahey for care, but the pay is quite poor
great vacation time, 403B with matching up to a certain percentage.
