Standard vacation - 1 week first year, 2 weeks 2nd year, 3 weeks after 5 years. Healthcare benefits were good and not too expensive for the employees.
After six months, employees qualify for healthcare coverage including vision/dental/HSA...
401K is great with company matching. The health insurance is very expensive.
The current medical insurance is a bit high but it will be cheaper and better next year.
the benefit package was pretty nice and covered many things, however it was expensive.
The Health Insurance keep going up and it seem like we get less coverage
Best - There are options to which healthcare plan you choose so you can make adjustments to better align with your/family needs. Worst - Vacation/Sick/Personal days are combined within your allotted time off.
They don't tell you too much about the benefits package. Probably because most people here don't too much care.
