“One has to contribute over $400/yr; $8/week to get the 50% food discount in select restaurants only, One had to spend over $800 per year eating in Landry's restaurants to break even...in essence employees pay for the discount program. Fertitta does not give anything away. ”
“It is a decent plan, employer contribution is low compared to it's competitors”
“Two year vacation benefit for five years then 3 weeks. Not very generous”
Only con was that the health insurance was expensive. Everything else seemed pretty reasonable.
Best: Base salary if above average Contribution to 401K is not determined until the end of the year, at times not company contribution made
I have seen no good benefits working for landrys. Hours are cut in order to not meet the benefits requirements. I have to pay post tax every week to recieve an employee discount
Very good health insurance, bit on the expensive side
Needed more affordable benefits for the servers.
Okay insurance coverage, could be better for how much you pay.
Expensive insurance. Half off most locations is nice.
Free stuff like game tickets and occasional lunch
There are no benefits offered to the majority of employees.
health is almost non existent, id rather sow myself up at home a=than sign up for their health insurance.
