The bonuses used to be a decently high percent of the amount we were over on our monthly plan and more if we were under our predicted hours. Since the beginning of the new year and after they announced the closings were going to happen, the bonuses are weak. I used to receive over $100 for being up $1000 or more on the month. My last bonus was about $70 for a $5000 overage.
