Excellent health benefits, though it would be nice to have flexible hours.
Benefits do not commence after 30 days i’ve employment then the first of the following month. They sell you on a bonus plan that doesn’t exist. Raises are Never more than 3%.
The worst thing about the benefits is that 401k match. Not very good, should be competitive with other companies and match up to 6%
Good training program, 4 weeks vacation, 50% match 401k upto 4 percent. 80 percentage medical insurance paid by company. Dependents insurance is terrible
Great benefits, they paid most of the health insurance for employees. They could match the 401k a little more than the percentage
The best thing about the benefit package at Lane Construction is 4 weeks of vacation for entry level positions.
The health insurance is affordable with very low deductibles. insurance is also reasonably priced.
Paid holidays is good and having insurance and 401k.
Benefits are lacking badly as the company has gone through changes. It is set up to profit off the employee. The packages differ from year to year depending on their profit margin.
Best: Company Vehicle/Fuel Reimbursement Worst: Interpretation of the Benefits
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
