    Student Employees get no benefits. If there is a break no pay, some places are closed for entire semesters

    Fairly non existent for adjuncts. It would be nice if they at least offered reduced tuition for adjunct children.

    Lansing Community College offers sick leave to its adjuncts. Also, it offers a tuition waver benefit up to 16 credits per semester. If one is a full adjunct then there is a high priority on providing 12 credits per semester only behind full time faculty.

    Outstanding time off plan, and all other benefits are great. Because of legislation and MEA's tie with MESSA, health insurance rates are killing people.

    For part time employees the biggest perk was 8 free credits from LCC every semester. If you are looking to further your education this can be a very helpful benefit.

    The paid time off accrual for all full time and part time employees was my favorite aspect. Least favorite is how few full time employees they employ, trying to avoid extra benefits costs. They're offered to part time workers too, but are pretty expensive and no where near as good as the full time offerings.
