Lanvera Benefits

Great benefits and 401k plan is awesome.

For a small company, Lanvera is very generous with a profit sharing program paying out at the end of the year. Time off rarely seems to be a problem nor does working from home if you need to meet a contractor, etc. There are a few odd items that seem to be getting worked through. A lot of hiring to fill positions that had been the responsibility of a single individual.
