I had 5 weeks off, however I frequently had to cancel or move days based on needs from upper management. At least allow me to control the precious time off I had if you are going to control the other 47 work weeks a year.

Of all the bad this company is, the PTO policy is amazing. You can rollover time YoY up to the max of your annual amount. Example, I had 200 hours of PTO annually. I also had 200 hours banked. When you leave the company, they have to pay you on your accrued balance. The piece I think it lacking is an option for employees to purchase an extra week of PTO. Basically a week's salary is deducted from your paychecks across an entire year, so you have one extra week off work. Sure it's unpaid, but splitting a week across a whole year is an easy pill to swallow.
