No 401k, but it has a good amount of vacation days.
They took away a lot of benefits to save money a year-and-a-half ago promised they'd bring them back and never did no 401k and no tuition reimbursement
Still no 401k plan yet.
401k was taken away. Insurance is affordable, but you get what you pay for. They do offer every employee a $500 HRA, which I love and has been very helpful with my medical necessities.
Life ins, Long and Short term disability, and 401k were all taken away over a year ago. Not only did the company stop matching 401K, employees now have to pay all maintenance fees to maintain our 401k accounts. Considering the lay-offs, not seeing it come back in the near future. They also took away tuition reimbursement. No reason to work here.
$7500 Deductible and $14,000 Out of Pocket max....horrible
They took away some benefits as they were experiencing financial difficulty. Said they would possible return those after business picked up in the next year.
There are multiple plans to fit your budget. The coverage is excellent and there is a $250 credit for HSA to apply to prescriptions or other needs. I've never had an issue with any services being covered
Benefits are great! there are many options to choose from and they are very helpful in helping you select the best plan for your needs
They no longer contribute or cover 401k expenses. No sick time or STD or LTD
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
