You're eligible for benefits after 30 days, the employee discounts are a pretty incredible perk, if you can hustle and are a natural people person you can make really good money in commissions
Horrible benefits also expensive!
Best Benefit is laser treatments are free, discounted for other services. The medical insurance is very expensive and even the dental and vision plan isn't great. Wish they would offer tuition assistance for nurses who want to go back to school. Accrued paid time off is the bare minimum. If you don't work your full time hours 30-40 a week they will remove PTO from your bank.
LaserAway doesn't contribute to your medical insurance at all. Kaiser is about $260 per month for a single person, Blue Cross is about $450 per month. You can't use PTO until you've worked there a year, but even then you only get a week of PTO after a year of service. There's also no way of keeping track of your PTO balance - you have to email HR and she's not a pleasant person. Also, they don't pay for Jury Duty leave which is ridiculous - no one wants to actually go to Jury Duty I would much rather work.
They don't have a lot of benefits. You must be full time and most of the back office employee's are not full time. You don't get anything being part time.
Poor insurance, 401k, no paid maternity leave, horrible HR!!!!
Health, vision, and dental insurance offered. As well, life insurance paid for, scholarship programs available, commission, sales contests, flexible scheduling.
THE WORST! SO expensive. Terrible options. 401k match?
They only contribute to the employee, not the family. For my family of 4 it was $1,300/month, which is more than if you buy on the marketplace.
I love the LaserAway team building events.
