“16 weeks for maternity, I believe”
“Great and there is matching!”
“Good plans but a bit expensive”
23 PTO, EPO and PPO with self pretax contribution $650-800 a month it's a bit too much...other than that overall they offer above market benefits package
Excellent health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and supplemental insurances. Generous PTO.
Really strong benefits package, covering many areas
Great benefits pack and robust mental healthcare options. 401k matching available as well.
How much experience does someone need before Latham cares less about grades? I went to a T-14 school and was hovering slightly below median. I applied there as a second year lateral and got a rejection message within the week, so I assume my grades were part of it. I'm a 4th year now, but I'm not sure if that'll make a huge difference.
Health insurance is fantastic. Very low deductible.
Great health insurance, decent dental insurance (one big perk is 3 cleanings per year), and vision insurance is pretty standard. PTO/time off is important to me, and accrues very quickly. Have a lot of PTO that carries over, and more than enough sick days. Do a fun fitness Spring Challenge every year, and get a new free Fitbit every other year. Free Headspace account which is great. Wish there was better parking/commuting reimbursement perks. Free snacks everyday and free lunches multiple days a week. Flexible WFH/in office for some, but not all roles.
Great benefits with many coverages including pet and umbrella insurance
Good benefits, average to low pay, however
The PTO is really great. I haven’t been able to use it as fast as I earn it, which is fantastic.
All of their benefits are great
