Co pays are little high; 401K benefit is 3% match
The 401k match, Summer Fridays and CREV bonuses are a plus. A great incentive and team motivator. The health benefits are decent, but could be improved.
I have never seen a worse and more expensive health insurance plan. Bonuses, what bonuses? I heard they existed a few years ago. Summer fridays (half day every other summer week) are good. 401k matching is catchy. Like 200 exceptions and conditions.
Pros: Matching 401K, OK vacation days (if you get to take them) Cons: EXPENSIVE and pretty terrible medical plan.
I do not have a family but I have not heard anyone be unhappy about their benefits. I have everything I need.
BEST: -Summer Fridays (half day every other Friday during the summer) -casual dress code -extended Christmas holiday -4% 401K matching WORST: -salaries are TERRIBLE (you won't be able to afford any apartment in Austin, even the bad ones) -health/dental insurance benefits were pretty bad -vacation is minimal
