Good health benefits that included holistic care (chiro/acupuncture) which saved me a lot of money. I did receive a maternity leave was 3 months paid, and told plainly that there was no possible way to extend. Shortly after I left the company, though, I learned of others who were approved to take 4-6 months of maternity leave. This was deeply upsetting as that additional time would have made a huge impact on my mental / physical health.
