Company perks and vacation time off
Benefits for this employer are above-standard for the marketplace, especially medical. Lots of plans to choose from with substantial employer contribution, subsidized parking which can be costly in downtown Baltimore.
Standard two week vacation. You have to be with the company for 5 years to get 3 weeks. Management gives a hard time to some employees when they request vacation time. Seems it's never the right time. The use of your sick time is frowned upon, so staff is left with no option but to call out sick.
Best: Quality Healthcare insurance, dental and vision, great 401 K matching plan and volunteer day! and lots of discounts on gym, cell phone etc. tickets Worst: High cost of healthcare insurance
good. There should be some increase in the number of Paid leaves per year
I worked there as an Intern there. So no major benefits were provided. However, I believe that company does provide good benefits too full time employees.
It's expensive, parking is expensive, dental isn't great but tolerable. Many of the benefits are useless the to single person, yet I am required to pay for garbage benefits.
Best- Adult Dental Package (With Orthodontics-- covers 60%); Telework Day; 90% off at Walden University Worse- Benefits don't kick in until after 90 days probationary period
excellent health coverage, bonus structure could be clearer (and more broadly shared), shares or other incentives a bit unclear given the pending IPO discussions
There's nothing bad about it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
