Laureate is a generous company that makes sure that you are properly incentivized and rewarded for your achievements.

At the time they offered a variety of options. I chose the highest option. It was expensive but it covered most of the expenses. Very little out of pocked.

The best thing about working at laureate is the flexibility it offers. Since it is a diverse and distributed company, you can work remotely. The pay is decent for the location.

Laureate has an outstanding benefits program. The medical plan is especially well designed and user friendly. Typically requires only a simple copay. I have plenty of time off, and the company is flexible in terms of working from home. Recently added family leave coverage. It is a very comprehensive, excellent program. And the benefits staff is just great with customer service.
