Employer Summary

LLNS offers employees the opportunity to enroll in a tax-deferred 401(k) retirement plan to save for future retirement.  LLNS adds to the account with an employer matching contribution up to 6% of pay and a service based contribution which starts at 3 1/2% of pay to eligible participants. Vesting is immediate for all contributions.

    To sum up, the benefit package is fine, but not too much to brag about, compared to good industry companies.

    I am fortunate to be grandfathered into the pension, however contributing to it, after taxes is very stressful on my budget.
