Health insurance and money to put towards working out is the best thing. Worst thing is there's no creative office benefits or perks / team offsites, etc.
As of 2016, 100% of LASIK was covered. That is probably the only co in the world that does that

Lazard has good benefits. Right off the bat, 17 days vacation. Medical, vision and dental are all very good and there is a matching 401k contribution.

The tuition reimbursement program was very generous. 401(k) match % and vesting schedule also quite fair. Time off was pathetic, particularly prior to 2015 where employees only got 2 WEEKS!? Garbage.
