Benefits were standard for company of its size.
Basic benefits package. Main plus was that they didn't cap dependent care contributions pre-tax.
Best extra was summer Fridays & office closure btw Xmas & New Years.
I was a temporary employee through a agency so I did not have benefits through Leapfrog.
Good overall benefits package.
Summer hours, Paid Holiday break, Leap Days
no 401k matching for employees
Standard 10 vacation days, health insurance, 401k plan, and flexible spending accounts. The best was the leap days where the company closed at noon on the day (typically Friday) before a holiday. There used to be some type of match for 401k, but the match benefit was taken away. The company lacked a formal tuition reimbursement program as well.
Benefits are in line with other companies. Although the 401K is one area that is lacking. Matching is not in par with other competitive companies.
Generous vacation package & LeapDays.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
