I really like it and I'm a proud worker of lear
Management is the worst I have ever experienced in 34 years in the industry and 29 in a technical / managerial role... It needs to be completely revamped.
Lear has a good 401k plan
Great health benefits. Does not practice its core values and the culture is not as implied by CEO.
The benefit package was ok.....nothing special
Healthcare, every year is more out of the pocket costs.
Good medical and dental, poor vacation days
Lear has an excellent benefits package at a modest contribution. Holidays, vacation, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K plan with an excellent match. I would strongly recommend them to any prospective employee interested in working there.
Decent medical and dental plans. Competitive 401k. Only 3 weeks of vacation until 15 years of employment. No flex time or concern for work-life balance. Offer early dismissal on Fridays during the summer if United Way contribution goals are met but there's too much work to do for many people to be able to take advantage of it.
Best: Half days on Fridays during the summer, full week off for Christmas. Worst: No option to work from home
