Best: Half days on Fridays during the summer, full week off for Christmas. Worst: No option to work from home
Decent medical and dental plans. Competitive 401k. Only 3 weeks of vacation until 15 years of employment. No flex time or concern for work-life balance. Offer early dismissal on Fridays during the summer if United Way contribution goals are met but there's too much work to do for many people to be able to take advantage of it.
Overall benefits package is quite competitive for the industry. No issues.
The best thing about this package is that it is always available. The vacation time given Per year us also competitive compared to other companies. The healthcare benefits are also good.
Health care is good, 401k average, vacation isn't great- 3 weeks until you hit 10 years then you get an extra week
