Learning Tree offers a fairly standard benefits package. Medical, Dental, low matching 401k, etc. Some of the new senior leadership is working extremely hard to improve morale through soft perks like parties, picnics, casual dress code.
Best: you can take free training courses. Worst: 401K matching is only 1.8% with 4 year vest period.
Good 401K contribution at Learning Tree
Health Insurance includes PPO & HSA options, Generous paid time off. Paid Training, One paid class per year for immediate family. Telework policy. 401k plan, however match needs to improve.
Good Benefits for the workplace, not sure how I would rate them overall as I do not have experience with other employers in the area
Benefits are a privilige so I think if they don't meet your needs than find another employer.
the company will pay into your HSA account like $1000 a year which is nice. you get 18 days off a year which includes your sick and vacation into one.
Good Benefits package. Very satisfied
The amount of leave provided.
At best they are average. Year after year the benefits kept getting cut. First the retirement contribution, and then the Health Insurance. The package currently on offer is a High Deductible plan that the company may or may not contribute to next year.
