I think the best is the fact that they have a decent benefits package and a very generous employer matched 401 K program. That said, it would be nice to have more extended health coverage for physiotherapy or massage therapy. Overall, can't complain.
They want to make it seem like you are part of the team, but in the end you are a contractor with a lot expected of you & your vehicle that does not nearly compensate for what is expected of you. It's an S99 position, no benefits, lots of demands, little inclusiveness.
