“It’s been great insurance but you have to pay for your family members. Their portion is removed from your paycheck. You’re covered though. I’m paying about $704.16 each month out of my paycheck for a family of 4. ”
“25% match is a great way to get extra $$$ so long as you can handle doing with that much of your paycheck. ”
“PTO isn’t great in year 1. It’s around 12 days and includes sick days. But it improves the longer you’re here and people over 5 years can earn a lot. Also, it rolls over at least one year and maybe two. ”
Discount on phone bill every month with differed providers
okay health insurance. prior company had better benefits
The best is a 25% match towards your 401k The worst is your healthcare really only covers you, though you can get up to $2k towards an HSA.
Great team of benefits professionals always working for the best benefits.
Insurance is not up to par. High deductible
Time off amount is average, all vacation/personal/sick time is lumped into one category. Health insurance options are limited
Company match of 25% of employee contribution to 401K with no cap.
Great benefits with tons of ability to help not only yourself, but family as well.
Lee Company offers a very competitive special and unique benefits package that includes free onsite and mobile healthcare clinics, cash wellness incentives, an extremely rich employer match to 401k, free dental coverage, free long term disability coverage, and free Basic Life/AD&D!
Lee Company provides great health and dental benefits along with free long term disability and a 25%, unlimited 401(k) match. Most of the cost of the health and dental is born by the employee, however, if you are a non-smoker and get a positive health checkup, you can get your health and dental costs down to $0. Overall, it's a very strong package. The PTO is also very good once you've worked at the company a few years. The PTO can get really amazing if you've been there over 10 years which quite a few employees have been.
