You get vacation and personal time but once you enter middle management you can't take it. They will not pay you for the vacation either, until you get laid off. They reward sales people with gifts and contests and all kinds of frivolous stuff, but if you work in any other department good luck!

Basic health insurance is very expensive with a high out of pocket deductible

    All of the benefits suck.

The benefit package was solid but watered down for a corporation their size. Granted, they are experiencing financial difficulties so I give them a pass on this.

The cost of the medical plans and that there are only two to choose from.

I think the best benefit I had in the end was the amount of vacation-I had 4 weeks. They also just started a volunteer program. You get one paid day per year to take off to volunteer, but it has to be approved. Worst is that cost of health insurance keeps going up and now I pay a penalty fee to cover my husband since he has insurance offered him at his job.
