F/T workers have really good benefit options, paid time off and vacation are combined to use at your discretion. Health Insurance options are good and 401K comes with $0.50 on the dollar for the first 3K per year. P/T works have not paid time off, but can get a health Insurance package which is not all that great, but helpful or minor medical bills.

As a part-time employee you can pretty much dictate what days you want to work and what days you don't. Also have dental plan through company.
Glad for 401k match is 4% for associate employees. For associates , health care is supplemental coverage, and not easy to utilize.
