About 4 weeks vacation for the first three years then it increases, just average insurance. Options for retirement and liability
have to use PTO for major holidays
90 days to qualify for benefits poor healthcare benefits/policy i.e. deductible minimal if any raises even with great reviews new higher productivity standards
No options for levels of health coverage.
Overpriced premiums, does not cover anything. It was so bad I had to buy Obamacare. Does offer dental but that is the standard crappy US dental plan. Oh and again in standard American greed, no maternity leave.
Legacy Health has the BEST benefits by far. I'm single and only pay $14 a paycheck for healthcare benefits. Also, full-time employees get 1.5 months of paid leave time which can go towards anything...sick, vacation...anything. Really awesome benefits. But, it is open 24/7..so if you're willing to work weekends and holidays depending on your position it can be a great job
