Paid vacation, holiday and sick pay off are my favorite. I do wish Legacy offered a 401K or retirement plan
They need to have a 401k type retirement option.
The best thing is that I actually have benefits. Insurance is affordable and the time off is good to have in the event you want to take some time off.
Vision and dental have an employee+spouse option, but medical does not. No option. At all. Only Employee or Employee + Family for 4x the premium.

Time off is standard 10 days vacation with 10 days of PTO. No 401K or any other form of long-term investment/retirement options are available. Health/Dental insurance is offered, however, policies are not too high of quality.
Nothing. They have a crappy health plan that is expensive. The dental and vision are just discount plans that don't help much.
For a large company with young employees the medical insurance rate is fairly high. The company has no interest in providing good health care for its employees.
