“Horrible. You get two weeks vacation starting after your 1 year anniversary. Since there is no sick leave, if you have Dr.'s appointments or get ill during your first year it will be unpaid time off. After the first year, you either have to use vacation time or it goes unpaid. ”

Insurance coverage is reasonable but not fantastic.
PTO benefits are antiquated and need updating. Salary ranges are catching up, but can still be somewhat behind the curve. They do not offer maternity leave outside of FMLA/STD. They have no paternity leave.
could of had more time with my family even though i told them i wanted to be on days not nights because family is important and going to church on sundays i love my sundays off to be with my family and our church family
