    Company match was pretty low, 20-40% depending on age.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(4 comments)

    Horrible. You get two weeks vacation starting after your 1 year anniversary. Since there is no sick leave, if you have Dr.'s appointments or get ill during your first year it will be unpaid time off. After the first year, you either have to use vacation time or it goes unpaid.

PTO benefits are antiquated and need updating. Salary ranges are catching up, but can still be somewhat behind the curve. They do not offer maternity leave outside of FMLA/STD. They have no paternity leave.
