“Horrible. You get two weeks vacation starting after your 1 year anniversary. Since there is no sick leave, if you have Dr.'s appointments or get ill during your first year it will be unpaid time off. After the first year, you either have to use vacation time or it goes unpaid. ”
Excellent medical, dental, vision and 401k. Reasonable co-pay and deductibles. Paid vacation time is comparable to other companies.

I would consider the benefits average. Lot's of people at the company rave over the benefits, but when compared to other organizations, they are really not that impressive. Leggett does not have maternity or paternity leave, they are very conservative with vacation, and their 401k match is pretty minimal.
I like the 401k plan. I like all the binfit u offer. Like being with the company. Like working Monday through Friday

They offer a wide variety of great benefits. Most of them are contingent of what your position is, length of employment. And you are open to benefit negotiations during your initial interview.
The company recently extended their vacation benefits and added paid personal time. The health and medical benefits are average at best.
