Good ins as long as you stay within network-need more providers locally-not just in main campus in Allentown
Health insurance has a low premium, in-network PCP copays are low, and many private mental health providers are covered. The biggest drawback is the $250 deductible on the PPO plan, and the high cost of brand name prescription drugs.
Employees have low copays and decent employee contributions when staying in network for health benefits. The vision and dental is provided free of charge but again you must stay in network to avoid large copays.
Very affordable coverage for medical and dental
The only problem with the insurance is you have to use their pharmacy or you're out of luck.
Insurance is cheap, but requires the use of in network help. Clinic hours do not match with work hours to use health benefits when needed.
It is cheap insurance
Benefits are mediocre and expensive. Vision and dental are laughable.
About the best benefit of working here is the health insurance.
Offer both FsA and hsa and ppo lots of options
