Health insurance is still reasonable; good vacation policy.
Having to use all Lehigh Valley doctors
Health insurance is medical insurance mediocre, their vision and dental are laughable
Not cost effective for employee.
Good medical benefits. Generous PTO, Good 403b with match - it had a large variety of investments. They had helpful consultants that were always available to answer your questions.
They tout amazing benefits, but really, it's very average. The annual cost of living raise doesn't even cover the health insurance premium increase. No sick days for the first 6 months. Can't get sick more than four times a year without penalty. Tuition reimbursement is minimal, despite their push for everyone to get degrees. Pharmacy benefits are awful, can't use retail locations like CVS or Walgreens, have to use the hospital pharmacy. Maternity break is a joke, no paid leave at all. Must use every single PTO and Sick day you have before going out on leave, so no days off for the first year of your child's life. Calls itself a health network but doesn't provide women proper pumping space or feminine hygiene products.
All benefits are managed through Human Resources. Very easy to get assistance with.
There is a generous amount of paid time off
Health insurance was great, 403 (b) was modest (2% matched at 4%), dental and vision insurance was dirt cheap.
Healthcare is good but the retirement and pay is great for a new grad but nothing more. We just train them and they leave for better pay and retirement plans.
