There is no HR to help you out. You have to use their portal to request any additional life insurance. Then you have to do a medical with the supplemental life insurance provider which I didn't realize until they scheduled a medical professional to come to my place, requested 5 years of medical records from me, and the list goes on. By the time I got the medical records together I was given notice that they hadn't received all my information in time and may not progress with the supplemental life insurance.
