Corporate Development Analyst

I am a Corporate Development Analyst (healthcare M&A) making 110k total comp at 23. A large majority of my team has a banking background besides me. I have intentions to eventually move into the PE/VC world but am concerned about the lack of banking on my resume. I am just as talented as my co-workers. Does anyone have advice on if I should pivot into banking for resume sake?

Pros - Great health benefits - Unlimited PTO (they are keeping track though) - cell phone reimbursement - Free Lunch (yummy food) Cons - snacks are mediocre at best (same snacks for the last few years) - no match on 401K. I see other smaller startups offering a match - hard to deal with HR due to weak leadership. If you suggest something they make fun of it or shoot it down as complaining

No match for 401k, Stock option is useless as the company is going no where

Compared to other tech startups nothing about this place is special at all just avoid them all together if you can
