Lsi has a great benefits package, which at first glance appears expensive (for insurance). The vision care is terrible but inexpensive (new glasses every two years in a PC based environment? Come on.). Disability and temporary disability insurance are very affordable. The company is employee owned and 401k matched, with additional profit sharing, so you'll retire very comfortably.
ESOP program is the best. Being an owner is a great benefit. Wish there was a paid maternity plan.
