Great benefits : 401k Contribution, Unlimited vacation policy, snack, lunch
Good health insurance, wellness stipend
"Unlimited PTO" is a double edged sword. It is nice not to have to worry about having time though.
Health benefits are average; unlimited vacation time if you can find the time (hiring freeze so work piles on quickly; you’ll be asked to take on additional roles without extra compensation; stress and burnout due to understaffing (across departments) are the norm as are frequent complaints that largely go unheeded (so people leave); Incentfit program is a joke—just give employees the $75/mo to join a gym or classes online and don’t make us track our activity to earn the money (feels like they don’t trust us); hybrid/remote work is not applied equitably; catered lunches on Tues/Wed (yawn)—most people eat at desk because see above; C-suite wants to return to pre-pandemic times—don’t have a clear read on their employee base which is going to come back to bite them in due time.
Good benefits, everyone should try this company
