We want every employee to feel valued. One way we do that is through our generous compensation and benefits package, which includes:
Incredible benefits for exempt employees, such as unlimited PTO.
Matching 401K up to 5K. Good health insurance and you have 5 options. Unlimited vacation (means no vacation for our team!)
Unlimited PTO, ok salary, medium bonus, some equity
basic/decent benefits - we didn't have unlimited PTO which is kinda standard now for tech companies in the bay
On par with typical tech health benefits. I would give it a 5 if it fully paid health benefits for dependents.
Really strong mat/pat leave.
Lendingclub has a good benefits package. They offer 401(k) match along with partial health/dental/vision benefits. There is Paid Time Off that is accrued that includes your sick time as well.
Health, vision, and dental insurance used to be fully covered but now employees have to pay a small part of the coverage. Time off is unlimited and up to manager discrepancy. If you don’t have a flexible manager, good luck getting any time off.
They give us quite a few options when it comes to benefits, and they are very clear on what we will be paying each month.
All the perks, health, no more stock options, snacks in the building, and gym membership
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
