Good benefits, good time off days. Wish there was more progressive health coverage to include infertility treatments, as that is something many families deal with. But 401k offered is good as well. Dental and Eye as well.

The health benefits are horrible! You pay out of pocket for anything that is not considered preventative until your deductible is met. The deductible is $3k per person. I found myself not going to the doctors when normally I would have. Paying a couple of hundred dollars each time is ridiculous. Of course, you won’t typically reach your $3k deductible so therefore nothing gets covered once the deductible is met. Lennar used to have great benefits and it’s really sad that this company now makes you choose between your health or putting food on the table.
